As little as possible. The contact form asks for a name, an email address, an optional phone number, and your message. Submissions are emailed straight to the restaurant so we can reply — this site keeps no database of them. Please don’t put sensitive information in the form.

• Reservations happen by phone at (201) 461-4447. Nothing you say on the phone is stored by this site.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to run and secure the service.
• No accounts, and no tracking cookies of our own.

Links to Instagram and Google Maps leave this site; those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies once you are there.
